Parcel Shipments :

- Destination must be within the Continental United States.
- Applies only to orders shipping via Fedexground.
- Parcel Orders ship Fedexground (same cost and service but more reliable than UPS).
- Orders to PO Boxes must ship via the United States Postal System.
- Parcels shipped via other carriers may incur additional handling charges.
- Multi-carton orders are consolidated to minimize shipping cost.
- Actual shipping charges will be added to the order total.
- A confirmation e-mail / fax will specify shipping charges for the order.
- Shipping cost will not exceed published Fedexground rate for an originating zip of 01605 and actual weight of order being shipped. We do not apply handling charges or other surcharges to the published rates.
- Transit times for Fedexground shipments are indicated in the following map.
Express Shipments :
- Fedex Express Next Day, 2nd Day, Express Saver, USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail (not a guaranteed service) services are available.
- Frames are a heavy product and Express Shipments tend to be extremely expensive

Volume Shipments :
- Large orders ship palletized via LTL motorfreight when appropriate.
International Shipments :
- Limited Service to Canada is offered please contact us for a freight quote .
- Shipping costs do not make it practical for us to ship internationally.
