When will my order ship?

Please account for a 1-3 day processing time from the day your order is placed until it actually ships. Processing times vary based on the complexity of your order. If you have a deadline, please contact us!


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders ship from our production and warehouse facility in Spencer, MA 01562. Standard shipping is Best Way (defined as least expensive). Our normal carriers are FedEx Ground and USPS. Standard shipping speeds vary from 1 to 6 business days and are in addition to order processing times. Please contact us if you require expedited or custom shipping options.


Will my order arrive on time?

The vast majority of shipments arrive on schedule according to transit times defined by the carrier. This has important implications, particularly if product is required to arrive on a deadline…

  • The freight carrier does not notify us if there’s a problem with your shipment for at least 24-48 hours after the problem occurred.   You are expected to track the shipment and notify us of any delays or problems.
  • Replacements will not be issued until we’ve been notified by the carrier that a problem exists.  If you request a replacement before the carrier notifies us of the exception it will have to be purchased.
  • The replacement will ship on the SAME SERVICE SPEED as the ORIGINAL shipment. Optionally, freight can be upgraded to a faster service by paying the difference in shipping cost.  Alternately, a full refund will be offered.

What if my order is damaged?

Our packaging has been custom designed by our company to both minimize breakage and packaging waste.

Our damage rate is less than 1% and our packaging has received accolades from the packaging engineers at FedEx!

Despite these efforts, freight companies handle millions of packages daily and manage to mishandle, lose, damage, and destroy some of these shipments.

We will replace or refund damage reported within 7 days of receipt — just contact us!


What’s your return policy?

Orders $49 or less can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt, including outgoing shipping charges. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us for an RMA number.

Orders over $49 are not returnable. If there is any doubt to the suitability of our product, please purchase a risk-free order of $49 or less to ensure our product is right for your application.


How do I place my order?

We accept orders via our website, email, phone, marketplaces or mail.  The preferred method is via email.  The only exception is for orders with a deadline that require RUSH processing or need expedited shipping – these types of order requests MUST BE CALLED IN.
